The Gentleman’s Grooming show with Just For Men

The Gents Grooming show has been running a couple of years now, I’ve been wanting to visit since its been going but not been able to attend. An invitation to attend this year’s show with the main sponsor, Just For Men landed in my inbox. Obviously I couldn’t miss out on such a opportunity to go and check it out!

The Gentleman’s grooming & lifestyle show is the only event of its kind dedicated to men’s grooming & lifestyle. It took place at the Old Truman Brewery in the very cool area Brick Lane area in London.

The show included a live demonstration stage which featured Carlie Firth from top barber shop RUGER, showing us how to transform your look using Just For Men colour.

Beards and mustaches are often made up of different shades of hair, which can look a bit un-natural! I do have the odd orangey tinge to some areas myself! You can use Just For Men on beards and moustaches to cover up the other unwanted colours and make them appear fuller and thicker.

Just for men beard is really simple to use. The brush on applicator get to work in just 5 minutes! Just remember to do the patch test 48 hours before.

I was impressed at just how natural the Just For Men moustache & beard looked! It really did make the beard appear fuller and healthier!

With beards and facial hair, its important to nourish and protect like your normal hair. A good quality beard oil moisturises facial hair and the skin beneath. Importantly, it helps to soften beard hair which is usually quite course and rough if untreated.

Afterwards we got an exclusive Q & A session with Carlie, with the opportunity to ask all things barbering and grooming related, which was very cool!

There was just time to have a look round the show and check out some of the latest in grooming products before I made my way back to Leeds!

Have you tried any of the Just for Men products? I’d love to hear what you thought about them.
