New York travel bucket list

New York is a city that has been on the list of must visit places for ages, for one reason or another I’ve never got round to visiting. It’s well up there on the World’s best cities and known as the ‘City that never sleeps. Hopefully I’ll be able to pay a visit some time in the near future. I thought I’d share a post on my bucket list for a New York Holiday

See the Empire State Building

You can’t visit the Big Apple without seeing one of the most iconic buildings in the World! Climb up to the highest observation deck in New York on the 86th floor and admire the views across the city.

Take a walk through Central Park

Escape the bustling streets of New York for a walk in Central Park. Made up from nearly 700 acres, including gardens, forests and pathways. There’s even a Zoo and a castle to visit! Why not jump in a boat and paddle round the lake?

Visit the Statue of Liberty

Possibly the most iconic landmark in New York! Hop on the Staten island ferry and take in the best views of one of the most instagrammable parts of New York. And the best part its free!

9/11 memorial

A must see landmark in New York, take in the sounds of the waterfalls and pay respect to the fallen. Descend down to the 9/11 museum below street level that displays artifacts, images and videos.
