Valentines gift guide for her

I’m guessing if your reading this post, you have no idea what to buy the lady in your life for valentines day, or just need a little extra inspiration. Well I might have just the thing to help you out!

Charlotte Tilbury (The golden goddess) gift set, £165.00 available from Net-a-porter.

Chances are if you’ve caught sight of your girlfriends make up collection, your probably thinking she doesn’t need any more. In fact if your like me, you might be a bit curious as to why she needs so much and what half of it is even for! Well there is probably reason she has so much of the stuff and it’s more likely she likes it than she does actually needs it. Hence making this Charlotte Tilbury gift set perfect.

Maison Margiela Replica perfume, Fun fair evening, 100ml £85.00. Available from John Lewis

Maison Margiela is a fairly new brand to me, but one I’ve quickly become extremely fond of, like the Jazz Club scent. Whilst fragrance is something unique to us all, the scents are designed to mimic a moment in time. What’s more romantic than the idea of a evening fun fair as the sun sets?

12 red roses. £49.00, available from Interflora

The most traditional of valentines day gifts, a dozen red roses. Certainly a classic and something that will win you a few points with the other half!

A romantic meal for two

What better way to celebrate Valentines day than with a romantic meal? It’s always ideal on valentines day, whilst it may be worth trying to avoid the actual day it’s self, a good quality restaurant is something you cant go much wrong with.

One of my favourite restaurants would have to be once I’ve recently visited in a small village in North Yorkshire called, The Black Swan at Oldstead. Read my review here.

Afternoon tea for two

Not something all men would feel comfortable with… I mean, elegant sandwiches, small cakes and sipping tea. Whilst I personally love afternoon tea, I can understand some guys may have there reservations. Well if you fancy treating her, I promise she will probably thank you later. Bettys is a fail-proof choice for one of the best afternoon tea’s around.  Read my review here.

A weekend away

If your looking to seriously impress, what better than a weekend away. Whilst us guys can’t exactly recreate the movies and fly your other half to Paris on a private jet, a UK mini break could be just thing. For a cosy weekend you will both love, why not check out North Star Club.
