Tasty Super Bowl Snacks

The NFL Super Bowl is seen by some as the biggest sporting event on the calendar! If your not familiar with it, it’s one game to decide who is the best at American Football (NFL). If I’m honest, I’ve never seen from start to finish, I mean it’s the longest game of sport ever, coupld with the fact it’s always on a school night! You need to be a big fan or have a lot of patience…

At just over 4 hours long, the Super Bowl is no average football match, you need some snacks and drinks to keep you going through the night… Well, I have just the thing for you in the shape of Loaded Pulled Pork Hotdogs

This is a relatively easy recipe for a fantastic snack perfect for the Super Bowl. To make these pulled pork loaded hotdogs:

Slow cook a cut of shoulder of pork for 4-5 hours (a slow cooker works great if you have one) or if you want an easier option, you can buy a pack of pre-cooked pulled pork that you can bang straight in the oven!

Super Bowl Snacks

Cook your hotdogs in a pan of simmering water for around 5 minutes. Chop up some Jalapenos to serve with the pulled pork and top with some French’s classic yellow mustard, BBQ sauce and a side of curly fries.

I can’t think of a better snack that’s just what you need to suppress your late night cravings whilst watching the Super Bowl!

I’m not a fan of the Super Bowl, but I am a fan of snacks!! This looks like the ultimate Saturday afternoon snack!! I’d also go with nachos, salsa, guacamole, sour cream and a metric fuckton of cheese!! 🙂

I actually wanted to make nachos just like you’ve described to go with it, but thought curly fries would go a bit better! Gotta have lashings of cheese!
