We’re nearly in December, the Chritmas TV adverts have started, shops are playing Christmas sings and Chrismtas lights are up… mine included! You may have gathered from one of my older posts, I’m a big fan of Bettys Tea rooms. When ever I’m in Harrogate or York (or where ever there is a Bettys) makes the perfect excuse for a visit to my favourite tea rooms! I think we’re due a Christmas visit to Bettys soon!
Last week, I came home to such a lovely surprise in the post, an early Christmas present, in the way of a Christmas hamper* from Bettys. Which I’m going to try and not open before Chrismtas! I received the festive gift selection which comes in a amazing looking gift box and includes:
- Iced Christmas cake in a tin
- Christmas chocolate collection
- Spiced Christmas shortbread
Bettys have a wide range of Christmas gifts and hampers starting from just £9.50 and I think have something that would cater for most tastes. I particularly like the sound of the Christmas coffee and biscuits gift bag, which contains Bettys special Christmas coffee, a favourite in our family, £10.50. I also like the very fitting ‘Taste of Yorkshire gift box’, £25.00, which includes Yorkshire ginger bread and Yorkshire Tea fruit cake.
I’m not sure which part of the gift I’m looking forward to the most, quite possibly the Christmas chocolate collection. The hard part is trying to resist opening them before Chrtistmas! You can check out their full range of gifts and hampers here.
